ANAOCHA ASATU YOUTH HONORS HON. IBEKWE

The ASATU youth wing of Anaocha chapter has presented an Award of Excellence to the Mayor of the LGA, Hon. Rome Ibekwe.
Receiving the award in his office, Hon. Ibekwe said that he was honoured to receive the award of Leadership and Excellence from the ASATU youth wing of Anaocha for his ongoing developmental efforts in Anaocha.
He noted that he is more motivated to seeing the success of his various categories of commitments to improving the lives and welfare of the people of Anaocha than just receiving awards.
He dedicated the award to the youths of Anaocha, urging them to keep pursuing excellence as they develop their hidden talents and leadership skills which are essential for the future. “I am committed to a grassroot government that prioritizes youths, addressing their challenges whilst bringing out their abilities.
“The youth empowerment programme in Anaocha is a key aspect of our strategy to developing human capital and tackling youthful exuberance among other vices.
“Together we can create the Anaocha of our dreams as I pledge to continue serving and delivering results, ” Hon. Ibekwe said.
