Mrs Igwegbe, a Lawyer said this during an interaction with Information Officers in her office at the Jerome Udoji Secretariat, Awka.
The permanent secretary said that the opportunity to be nominated for the course was rare and that she hoped that participating in the course 43 of the prestigious institution would expose her to current knowledge in Human Development and Resource Management.
“Most civil servants are not opportune to learn the much they should learn about policy; Civil Service is a policy-making platform so the opportunity to go and learn at NIPSS will make me a better person.

Notable participants in the past include a former Head of Service, Mr Chidi Ezeoke, Mrs Oby Nwankwo, a one-time permanent secretary in the Ministry of Information.
Another person was Mrs Beatrice Okonkwo, Deputy Director Information, who later became permanent secretary in charge of Anambra Liaison Office Abuja and Lagos and the Ministry of Basic Education.
