Adazi-Nnukwu, Oct. 20, 2017 -- The Adazi-Nnukwu Community in Anaocha Local Government Area (LGA) witnessed great political rally on Tuesday, Oct. 17 at Afor Civic Centre, Adazi-Nnukwu.

The All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) stalwarts from the LGA stormed the town to be part of the Gov. Obiana’s re-election Movement.

At the rally, the Transition Committee Chairman, Anaocha LGA, Mr Ikeobi Ejiofor extolled the community for planning for block vote for the APGA candidate.

``For us to sustain our relevance gained in the present administration we must ensure that 90 per cent of our votes go to the All Peoples’ Grand Alliance (APGA).

Earlier, the Commissioner for Youth Entrepreneurship and Sports Development, Dr Uju Nwogu urged the people to vote massively for APGA during the election.

She noted that the present administration completed many key projects in the town.

She observed that Lorette Special Science School, St. Joseph Hospital had been completed while the Nimo-Adazi–Nnukwu road was still under construction.

In their separate speeches, the Chairman APGA Anaocha LGA Mr Ndubuisi Obiadi and Chief Ben Onugbolu urged the people notly to cast their votes but ensure protection of their votes until results were collated and announced.

The Chairman of Adazi ward 2, Mr Edwin Ebefuna, said that Adazi-Nnukwu had decided a political direction to follow.
