ENGAGE IN SKILLS ACQUISITION -- YOUTH EMPOWERMENT COMMISSIONER URGES YOUTH OF ONITSHA

(MOI) Commissioner for Youths Empowerment and Creative Economy, Mr Afam Mbanefo
has appealed to youths in Onitsha to engage in skills
The commissioner said this in a speech at Shanaham Hall, the Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity Onitsha, during an International Youth Day 2019 on Aug. 10.
The celebration has a theme: ``Amplifying Youth Voices for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)”.
