Agulu (Anaocha LGA), Jan. 9, 2019 (MOI) Member Representing Anambra Central District at Senate, Sen. Victor Umeh says the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) will take Anambra State to enviable heights of her dream.
Sen. Umeh made the assertion during the inauguration of Golden Tulip Hotel, Agulu, Anaocha Council Area.
He noted that since the party took over the leadership of the state in 2006, it had recorded uncommon transformation in virtually all sectors of the economy.
While commending Gov. Willie Obiano for completing the Golden Tulip Hotel and Resort which was started by his predecessor, Mr Peter Obi, he described the party as one committed to democratic dividends.
The legislator noted that at the commencement of the Obiano administration, he promised to continue old projects started by his predecessor, complete them, inaugurate them and commence new projects.
``The Hotel project when inherited by Gov. Obiano in 2014, was in doubt whether it will be completed or not, keeping to his promise, he delivered the 5-Star Hotel,” he said.
He, then, urged the electorate to support and work for the success of the party in all political positions during the 2019 General Elections for good governance and quality representation.
Part of features of events was the cutting of the tape to inaugurate the hotel by Gov. Obiano.
